This Spring Break, make time to prioritize recharging by getting some needed sleep, participate in a hobby you enjoy, and reaching out to those in your circle that help you feel your best. Creating space for wellness in your mind and schedule can help improve your overall well-being and finish the semester strong! Looking for a way to get started? Create balance within at oga for Stress and Burnout with the University Counseling Center. Every Monday from 4-5 p.m, visit the dance studio (Fieldhouse 160) to reach into self-care.
