Mix Up Your Night! Join Weekly Fitness Groups On Campus

Recreation & Wellness is hosting multiple weekly fitness groups that are free for any student to attend. Join RecWell on Tuesdays from 7 to 8 p.m. in the Niemeyer Multipurpose Room for free Cardio Mix, which is a variety of cardio and strength exercises that use bosu balls, weights, resistance bands, and more! In addition, Recreation & Wellness is offering free Full Body HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) on Wednesdays from 7 to 8 p.m. in the Holton Hooker Multipurpose Room. Which one is more your style? Don’t wait – work out!
