Make way for the 2024 Spring Concert artist: Lauren Alaina! Here are the top six things to know about her before she performs in the Fieldhouse Arena on April 6. 

1. She was a silver medalist on American Idol!

This Georgia native was just 15 years old when she competed on the tenth season of American Idol. She made it all the way up to the finale, snagging second place in the end. 

2. AND a finalist on Dancing with the Stars!

Lauren Alaina spun her way into season 28 of Dancing of the Stars with Russian choreographer Gleb Savchenko and earned fourth place, but not without snagging a perfect score first!

3. She’s also a movie star?!?!

Our spring concert artist is a triple threat – she sings, dances, and acts! Lauren Alaina has starred in two movies: “Road Less Traveled" and “Roadhouse Romance.” To stay on top of your Lauren Alaina lore, you can watch both movies on Peacock!

4. She’s got a “pizza” our hearts!

Before she was an award-winning triple threat, Lauren Alaina used to work at Ci-Ci’s Pizza. We wonder if she’ll think Peppino’s is just as tasty…

Here comes the bride! Alaina recently got married last month to her boyfriend of four years, Cam Arnold in Nashville, Tennessee. Get a glimpse of her sparkling ring on the night of the concert.
