Know Before You Go: Presidents’ Ball Edition!
The Presidents' Ball is almost here! Here are a few important things to remember:
Admission
Ticket sales will continue until Feb. 2 at 5 p.m. Get yours before it’s too late! Tickets for the awards program, dessert reception, and the dance are $30. Tickets for the dance ONLY are $20.Remember, you won’t be able to enter the ball without a valid photo ID, so make sure to grab yours before you head out.
Doors will be open for entry from 6-7:30 p.m. for the program and 8:30-10 p.m. for the dance.
Transportation
There will be charter buses departing for downtown from Kirkhof Center until 9:30 p.m. and from DeVos Place until 1 a.m. If buses aren’t your style, make sure to have a travel plan for your night of enchantment.
Evening Itinerary:
- Doors open at 6 p.m.
- Cocktail hour is 6-7 p.m.
- Awards program is 7-8 p.m.
- Dessert reception is 8-9 p.m.
- Doors re-open at 8:30 p.m.
- Dance is 9 p.m.-12 a.m.
- Doors and bars close at 10 p.m.
Guest Expectations
The Presidents’ Ball is a place to have a night to remember with your friends and peers, but be sure you remember to party smart and respect the space and people around you; everyone wants to have a good time!
