The Fun Festivities of Winterfest

Winter(fest) is coming! On November 30 and December 1, a variety of winter-ful events are popping up around campus. Check out the student small business market, gingerbread house decorating competition, Winterfest Jeopardy, and many “s’more” activities! Don’t miss this chance to warm your winter heart with some of these events and activities.
Gingerbread House Decorating Competition
From 5-6 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 30, rally up a dream team and head to Fusion North in the lower level of Kirkhof for a gingerbread house decoration competition. Who will be this year's edible decor champion?
Hot Coco and Crafts
Hot chocolate AND crafts? FOR FREE?! Stop by the Kirkhof Lobby on Thursday, November 30 from 10:30 a.m.-12 p.m.
DIY Snow Globe Making and Stocking Decorating
The holiday season is not complete without classic decorations. Make a snow globe or decorate a stocking for yourself and a friend on Friday, December 1 from 7-9 p.m. in the bottom of Kirkhof.
Student Small Business Market
The holiday season can be tough when you’re on a budget! On Friday, Dec.1 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m, you’ll find the student small business market in Kirkhof lobby. Support your peers' small businesses and find a meaningful gift for a loved one.
Decking the Halls Zumba
What better way to shake off your winter chill than dancing? Register on MindBody for a holiday-themed Zumba class on Friday, Dec. 1 from 6:15-7 p.m. in the Fieldhouse Dance Studio. Work up a sweat with holiday cheer!
S’mores
Ready for s’more fun? At the clocktower on Friday, Dec. 1 from 7-9 p.m, make a s’more with your friends! Gather around the campfire and toast up the perfect marshmallow for a sweet treat.
