Join the Office of Multicultural Affairs for a Conversations of Color presentation about banned books. This open and honest discussion will encourage you to challenge racist ideas and grow diversity in America’s reading curriculum. Head to Kirkhof room 2266 on Oct. 4 at 12 p.m. for this discussion. 


The next day, attend a speech from Hon. Allie Maldonado. Hon. Maldonado is sharing her journey to becoming the first Anishinaabekwe in Michigan to be appointed as a judge in the Michigan Court of Appeals. Head to the Loosemore Auditorium on Oct. 5 at 11 a.m. to learn how her work impacts the citizens of Michigan.
