 Feb. 3 75% tuition refund deadline     

Feb. 1 Spring/Summer 2023 Schedule goes Live in Banner      

Feb. 11 Units submit contract renewal materials to the Dean’s office     

Feb. 17 AP Award nominations due by 5 p.m.   

Feb. 17 Last date by which unit’s peer review should be complete, considering joint appointment feedback when relevant. (Units may opt for earlier deadlines)    

Feb. 18 Units submit tenure and promotion materials to the Dean’s office    

Feb. 20 – 24 Mid-term Evaluations    

Feb. 25 Units submit promotion only materials to the Dean’s office (promotion to associate professor if not associated with a tenure decision)    

Feb. 27 Mid-term grades due to Deans Office by 11:59 p.m.   

Mar. 1 Fall 2023 and Winter 2024 Schedule goes Live in Banner      

Mar. 1 Submission deadline for CSCE Catalyst Grant for Research and Creativity   and Collaborative Research and Creative Activity Initiative internal seed-grant programs  

Mar. 5 – 12 Spring Break    

Mar. 10 Withdrawal deadline for Winter 2023 classes – no refund    

Mar. 10 Unit heads submit faculty FWRs and CVs. The submission process is through the Faculty Workload Report    

 Apr. 1 Affiliate contract renewal recommendations due to the Dean’s Office, [email protected]    

Apr. 22 Classes end    

Apr. 24 – 29 Final Examinations/Culminating experience    

Apr. 29 Sabbatical reports due for sabbaticals taken in Fall 2022                      

May 1 Final grades due to Deans Office by 11:59 p.m.
